Main Executives

Kermit Toro has over 35 years experience the in Commercial Sales industry that has expanded to include banking and ancillary products. He was the founder and partner of International Solar Energy Group/Casa Solar in San Juan, PR. His experience includes, Consultant to Firstbank of PR supporting backroom operations in remote capture systems, Check 21, and ACH. He recently provided consulting with the logistical move of the Proof and Transit system at Firstbank. He was Application Development Manager for Banco Santander of PR, responsible of the development of over 125 applications across the branch network and the conversion of an outsourcing facility to an In-house operation. At NCR he was the Outsourcing Division Manager for the Caribbean and Latin America. With NCR he held several positions, Operations Manager, Financial & Retail Manager and Item Processing & Imaging Product Manager. In addition to his list of continued education programs, Kermit attained his Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and Computer Science at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus

James A. Arroyo has over 25 years of experience in the Credit Industry. During these 25 years, James worked with TransUnion De Puerto Rico assuming various positions within the organization. As Vice President / General Manager, he was responsible for both the operations and sales strategies of the agency in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. He has had active role in various non-profit organizations. In Consumer Credit Counseling, were he assumed the position of Board Secretary. Consumer Credit Counseling is a non-profit organization focused on providing financial educational services to Puerto Rico consumers. James was also an active member of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, as part of the Banking Committees, and a Board Member of various Youth Volleyball non-profit organizations focused on promoting volleyball as a sport at all ages within the community it serves. James studied at the Sacred Heart University, in Santurce, Puerto Rico, majoring in computer science.
